The “Z3 Board”
If you have already purchased The Classic or PRO Model, and you want to upgrade to the Deluxe WITHOUT purchasing an new unit, you can purchase the Z3 Board separately. Please note the Z3 Board will not fit the PRO Model.
The Z3 Board takes your training system to the next level, specifically for the torso and shoulder complex with 2 additional casters mounted at either end. With enhanced movement freedom during hand placement exercises, the shoulder complex, (scapula) is able to rotate upwards under the load (roll-out exercises). This dynamic drives training adaptations across the board, especially for the throwing/overhead athlete- from transfer to sports skill to recovery and training tolerance (endurance).
