The following warranty policy applies to the components of the Hyper Stride, provided recommended usage guidelines are followed:
The Chassis (bottom Wheels)- approved for community (multi-board) usage on standard gym flooring, rated for 500 lbs. The PRO Model is rated for 250 lbs.The Z-Board (rotating top)- Recommended for individual use only, rated for 300 lbs, protected for 2 years. The Customer is entitled to 1 FREE replacement board under this policy.
