The Product is recommended for use only on stable, non-slip gym flooring or appropriate training surfaces.
Improper use, misuse, modification, negligent supervision, or use on unsafe or unstable surfaces significantly increases the risk of injury.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the Product is appropriate for your physical condition and training environment.
You should consult a licensed physician before beginning any exercise program.
By purchasing or using the Product, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with its use.
You further agree that Motur LLC shall not be liable for injuries resulting from improper use, misuse, failure to follow instructions, inadequate supervision, or use on unsuitable surfaces.
3. Commercial and Team Use
If the Product is purchased for use by a school, sports team, training facility, gym, rehabilitation clinic, or other commercial or institutional setting:
The purchasing entity assumes full responsibility for ensuring proper supervision and safe use.
The purchasing entity agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Motur LLC from any claims arising from third-party use of the Product.
Commercial use does not extend or expand warranty coverage unless expressly agreed to in writing.
4. No Medical Advice

5. Limitation of Liability
