2. Brief Origin Story- From the ball-field to the drawing board and back!
3. Models and Modes– How each adjusted platform and array of boards changes the invitation (library of exercise)
4. Safe Guarding Protocols – Establishing safety measures and precise setup cues for safe consistent and transferable training.
5. 3D COMMAND FROM GROUND TO STAND (PROGRESSION) –A rundown of The Hyper Stride System which defines tests and builds "movement skill", highlights skill based preference, and reinforces athletic development long term- in season, off-season, on the road and at home. This portion of the event answers the "How it works".
6. SKILL/SPORT SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS – Translating the Hyper Stride System to sport specific skills, in other words, "Why it works".
7. Q&A - Plus your options.
Each registered attendee receives a Hyper Stride Model of their choice upon conclusion of the Workshop. This includes the Classic, Deluxxe and Signature Series Models.
